BlackBerry Enterprise Server software can be purchased through B & D Technologies

Use the BlackBerry® Enterprise Solution as a complete wireless platform to extend the benefits of your messaging and collaboration environment and other tools to your mobile professionals. The BlackBerry Enterprise Solution provides push-based access to email; calendar, contacts, tasks and notes; instant messaging; web-based applications and services and enterprise applications.

The BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Software, when installed and configured properly, in accordance with the instructions provided by RIM with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Software, will perform the functions of:

• connecting to the BlackBerry Network Infrastructure through the Internet in order to forward messages to, and deliver messages from, the BlackBerry handheld
• connecting to an enterprise e-mail server supported by RIM (currently the Microsoft Exchange® server and the Lotus Domino® server), which has been configured as specified by RIM in the instructions provided by RIM with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Software, for the purposes of transmitting e-mail messages between the enterprise e-mail server and the BlackBerry handheld
